Your adventures are yours.

Triple D Road Trip stores the name and email you provide for your account, authentication records, saved restaurants, saved trips, passport visits and private notes. Better Auth manages login sessions and password hashing.

Private by default

Your trips and food passport are visible only to your account. Creating a share link makes the restaurant stops available to anyone with that link. Exact start and destination points, travel dates, account identity and notes are excluded. Turning off sharing revokes the link.

Local storage and cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Your current unsaved trip draft is stored in your browser so a refresh does not erase it. Signing out does not erase that browser draft. No advertising trackers are included in this version.

Maps, routes and email

Map tile providers receive ordinary network information and the map areas being viewed. Route and address-search providers receive the locations you submit to those features. The location button asks your browser for permission and moves the map; it does not save your current location to your account. Transactional email providers process account verification and password-reset messages when email delivery is configured.

Managing your data

You can remove saved trips, favorites and passport entries in the app. You can export your account data or permanently delete your account from account settings. Account deletion removes your saved trips, passport and corrections from the application database. Infrastructure backups may have a separate retention period.
